Organisational Learning and Development
Our comprehensive service goes beyond delivering training to individuals —we can adapt and tailor our existing workshops to suit your organisation’s specific needs, ensuring relevance and impact. For more specialised support, such as developing or refining practice models, we provide this through our consultation services. Post-training supervision is also available to help embed learning and maximise the impact of your workforce development investment.

Support for implementation and ongoing practice development
Our practice and service development extends to more than professional development opportunities. We provide several services designed to support practitioners and organisations in relation to their work with their clients. These services are provided in a group format to practitioners.
Consultations are available to support your organisation and staff group to make the most out of training. Consultations may focus on practitioners' use of the skills they've learned. Consultations can also be held with leadership to ensure that practice uptake is supported well, monitored and integrated into your team's ways of working.
Secondary Family Consultations are provided to individuals or groups of practitioners in relation to a specific family to assist the practitioner in their work with the family.
Clinical Supervision delivers a process and structure that builds practitioners’ supervisory strengths, skills and capabilities. It is facilitated by a trained clinical supervisor and is provided on a group basis for an agreed number of sessions.
Supervision for Supervision (SOS) provides supervision to practitioners who are in a supervisory role. It is provided on a group basis for an agreed number of sessions.
